This seems fairly straightforward and easy - however before attempting to tackle this, I must wonder - what is the intended purpose of that rubber tip you cut at the end of the drain line? Surely it doesn’t exist only to cause problems - so what good *should* it be doing? And, what potential problems might cutting it create? Thanks so much for your video and your time!

Another quick question… rather than enduring cold water while waiting for the warm water to fill the line, can you switch it to “nozzle clean” and get the warm water going before use?

Hello. Do you have experience with a missing (dislocated) drain pipe on the driver side in the front of the car. Its not coming out of the body of car, but I can feel it if I stick my finger to the hole (please dont get me wrong :D ). Thats why all the water from the roof is getting to the cabin underneath the carpet by the pedals. Thx for the coments.
@Waveshank
@Waveshank Жыл бұрын
Oh no that's the worst case scenario. I think you would need a special set of long needle nose pliers. Maybe you could use wires or coat hangers to moved the hoses around to get them to reattach.

Question, when I turn my AC off I start to get a squeal all the time. But it’s very quiet though and only when the engines hot. When I turn the AC on it’s only when I rev it up. I’ve replaced fan clutch, water pump, and probably next both the idles and tension arm. Once that’s done I’m praying it’s not the throw out bearing.
@Waveshank
@Waveshank Жыл бұрын
It could also be part of the compressor assembly like the clutch in the compressor pulley. The clutch could be expanding when hot. Idk Does the center part stop completely when ac it off? If it was the TOB it would mostly likely alway make a sound no matter what was on or off. The other pulleys are relatively cheap and easy to do and should be replaced eventually anyways.
