This was a very high quality match at the US open this year.

An incredible match between two amazing tennis players. Brady would have won this match against so many players on the tour, but Naomi was a class above in the final set. Naomi really did play her best in the 3rd sets of this tournament, a whole different level when she is playing well.

The best match of 2020 US Open

I was way more nervous in this game for osaka compared to a set and a game down against vika in the final. The ball hitting here is more intense.

The key difference in the AO final could be the crowd factor this time vs the empty stadium in the US Open - her 1st serve percentage and unforced error rate are going to be a gauge of her mental strength.

i believe that in this us open semi finals the 4 women that played are the best 4 players right now. I dont care what that pathetic ranking system is saying no one in top 10 can play the tennis that brady osaka azarenka and serena played. Halep for me completes the top 5 because of her consistency. Andreescu is another player that is not a joke in top 10 but she is injured for so long. Anyway i think she is the other one that can be equal with the other players i mentioned

I've never noticed Jennifer Brady before. She has such a great forehand and her backhand is not that bad either. Hard to believe it took her so long to finally emerge on that level. If she can keep this up, she might become a top ten player for years to come. If she was younger, I'd have said she will dominate with Naomi, Andreescu and Kenin, but at age 25 hard to predict how long she will continue as many professional female players end their careers before turning 30.
