Jessie I have a question after listening to your book. Does the butter included in the cake recipe, and the eggs, help to dress the carbs? The book is very helpful by the way. I preordered it after hearing you on the radio. Now I’m listening to it for the second time! Karen

No, you better eat the eggs and butter first then eat the raw flour and sugar after, it's the only way to avoid those scary "glucose" spikes 🤣

simple. i always start with a salad. if i’m going out to eat i drink my vinegar eat my small salad at home n off i go. the hardest thing is stopping mid point of ur meal coz it’s so yummy - yet too big a portion.

How can I eat pizza 🍕? Meaty feast pizza. Should I pick out onions and tomatoes then dig out the sausages and then the crust?
@Percyfaith7
@Percyfaith7 Жыл бұрын
Jessie Inchauspé should answer re blood sugar regulation maybe she addresses in her book? But.... it would help if you could drop the carbs. Natural Hygiene food combining would allow pizza eaten served with cauliflower crust with meats and low carb veggies. Make it healthy at home. Because most pizza places do not use healthy, quality, 'clean' ingredients. If the public demanded it things would change but most of us eat for enjoyment and the general public does not know enough about how food affects their health to care.

What I do is first eat a small salad if at all possible. Then be a kid and pick the veggies off the pizza to eat first. Then the meat bits and the rest of the cheese. This takes a lot longer than scarfing that pizza like usual. But that's a good thing. I've gotten to the point I don't even want the crust. I just eat a few slices of just toppings.

For years I've been making a gallon of vinegar/water [2/3 cup vinegar to 1 Gal water], and I drink 8 oz of that every morning. But it's usually 8 or 9 hours before my meal, [I eat one meal a day]. Maybe I should add another glass of vinegar water right before my meals? Does that sound logical to you, too, Jessie?

It literally doesn't matter. This all a load of garbage. Unless you're spreading out the consumption of these "ingredients" by a couple of hours, they will all end up in your stomach at the same time and get digested together. Eating a salad, a chicken breast, and some bread separately but in the one meal is no different to just eating a chicken sandwich. This woman uses "science" to hide the fact that this is just another diet trend but if you dig a little deeper you will see it is all just smoke and mirrors.

I've done it for years. And I'm 60. I order a bunless burger, with a knife and fork. (And skip all sweet sauces, like ketchup. Mayo is better.) That burger will come with a lot of lettuce wrapped around it. Eat that lettuce first. If anyone's offended, that's their problem. I feel better eating like this, and I've lost a lot of weight.

So much crap thing said in this live. Studies about eating protein or fat before carbs are made mainly on diabetics, and are poorly made, like really really poorly. For example they dont compare wit the same amount of food... + they are mainly on diabetics. For vinegars, well, i hope vinegars doesnt go into my muscle, i would really not like the pain :D She says that eating dessert is better than sugar snacks, and will not make you take weight BECAUSE the glucose spike is less.. Yeah it less, but glucose spike IS NOT EQUAL TO glucose intake. You can have a higher glucose spike but lower glucose intake. IF you spike glucose for 5 min or have a lower spike but for 2 hours.. ... What ever, she looks dumb saying all that crap.
@codouz-leagueoflegends2711

Not everything has to be about race. All races in America are battling weight and blood sugar problems. If it works it works. I can assure you this: you can try to manage type 2 diabetes with only meds and exercise and end up completely blind before you get old, as one of my home care patients did.

how the hell do you manage to turn science into a racial issue. unbelievable. maybe get off KZfaq and actually read her book before making sweeping assumptions. she actually provides case studies and there are people from multiple countries that have implemented her tips. and you'll understand it's a principle she teaches, she doesn't recommend specific foods.
