Jhope is one of the key to BTS success , he is disciplined and trail blazing, he is not afraid to show his musicality and depth, he always find something to ground himself always remembering where he came from and where he is heading to, he always try to give us hope! He lives in the moment he bare his soul through his music. I went to the pop up store in Korea he really thought of everything to share to his fans it’s very JHope and very cohesive concept! 👏👏👏

My thoughts exactly! Can’t imagine the pressure they must all feel for their 2025 return but I believe they will find that balance between being a group and pursuing their individual dreams….if anyone can achieve this the BTS boys can💜

I think that because they have now experienced being solo & the freedom of being able to make the styles & sounds they have wanted, they should be able to incorporate all those different solo sounds back as a band when they return, although we already know how diverse their sounds & genres already were in their 1st decade as a band. What I would like to see BTS do in the future is to expand into more acting, perhaps in a theatrical release. I actually wanted them to act out the Bangtan Universe years ago, but it looks like Hybe had to cover that with other actors instead of the band themselves. I mean who knows, if they get into more acting, at least just once, they could get a huge non-music award nomination or even a win such as a Golden Globe or an Oscar, making them even deeper & richer talented as a group. 04/09/24

@robwebnoid5763 a few years ago, when Suga composed the first Samsung ring tone, I had the thought that he should compose a symphony, which eventually, in my head, grew to a contemporary opera with the guys performing. I would love to see what they & their creative team would come up with!😁

Hobi literally saved my life, it was his face I saw on screen where Army sang forever we are young. My hand stopped from taking the pills and I was amazed at this young man and the utter pleasure he had on his face as he closed his eyes and listen. Moments later my daughter called and took me to hospital. My PTSD due to domestic violence were so bad and depression set in. Now 3 years later I am finding my way back. I hate the fact that Hobi has so much turmoil inside and I wish he could know that we will be heartbroken if the group is no more. To me it's worst to think any of the members are staying BTS just for us. Had he not made the choice to become BTS this mother and grandmother will not be here. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so grateful that you have identified this wonderful Album for what it is - a soundtrack to the docu-series Hope On The Street! Yes, the music is great but I cannot separate it from the series. So many people, on all the socials, are constantly saying that the music is so retro and that they are surprised that it is so. I ask, how could it be anything different when Hobi stated it was all about reigniting his love of street dance - where he began! What a privilege it is to be alive during the BTS era. I have lived through the time when Elvis was King and broke the rules of the day; when The Beatles took me on a journey of love & peace; where MJ opened my eyes to what performance could be and now in my later years, BTS give me hope for the future by taking what they have learned from the previous mentioned greats and by standing on their shoulders to launch the rule breaking, peace and love filled performances that we are privileged to be a part of. I miss them so much but am truly thankful for all of their hard work to feed us during their absence. I am hopeful that they will come to Australia on their comeback tour, so that I might have a chance to see them live, but for now, it's time to get ready to go to see SUGA: Agust D Tour 'D-Day' The Movie. Once again thank you for your incredible work on each post you make. I very much appreciate your level presentations. 💜💜

I love all the songs too much and cant pick a favortite. Hobi dancing is my happy place. The songs are inseparable from the dance because both are him. The joy he radiates dancing gives me goosebumps and makes me so happy for him.

Hobie's album and docu-series is great. I am waiting my delivery of my cd but stream it often. I do so appreciate his openness in the docu-series. The older we get these existential questions haunt us less. Hobie is a deep thinker, not just a model, singer and lead dancer. Have to say, his performance at Lollapolooza was earth shaking. I'll never forget it. Can’t wait to see him & th e others again . Miss these guys. But it is their decision how the future plays out.💜🇺🇸

😄😄 had to laugh at your ending - silly ARMY thinking we'd have time to "catch up during their hiatus". One group split into 7 individuals taking the time to explore their own identities & making art & content out of that as they so wonderfully do... that's a lot of extra content! I know I've missed a few things like RM on the show.... it was a panel of scientists & authors & other leaders in their fields talking about life. I tried to watch with English subs, but had a hard time finding full episodes. Same with some of V's Running Man episodes. Anyway, whatever they produce is so entertaining & I'm happy to be able to enjoy what I can. As long as they are happy doing it, I will be happy to consume it 😁! May they find balance & happiness in everything they pursue 🙏💜 Thanks for another great video!

Love your content. 😊As far as the future , this is strictly my opinion and mine alone. All the members had solo work inside the band dynamics, so i do not think it will be any different except that it will be the kind of songs they want to do. Do i think it will be albums they will release outside the group? Sure. They have done it for a long time now. Not all of them till last year. But now, for the future, they can integrate a song on their album in their concert with the group concerts. Even acting, shows, anything... But who really knows. I will be happy with whatever they decide to do in the future, like I've done for 9 1/2 years now, which is support and lift up. I'm glad Hobi went to his dance roots. He needs to. It's what brings him joy, and you can see it is prevalent on his face. It was what started fate as far as him auditioning for Bangtan. His dance is what started everything. Do i think Hobi would have been successful not being Jhope in Bangtan. Absolutely. Do i think it would have been dancing mainly? Possibly. I think him joining Bangtan gave Hobi the tools to want to learn rap and then, in turn, eventually write music for group songs and then his own solo music which sent him on a different path other than just dancing. Look how enriched his life is. He has dance and music, writing wonderful songs and able to enjoy life to the fullest. I'm just proud of each of the members and what they have brought to the table with their artistry. Look what they all have done!!! They conveyed emotions and depth in their music that you can almost touch. Everyone who has truly experienced their music can feel it down in their bones. That is what Bangtan has done naturally throughout the years. They are gifts to us who truly love them to the core of our being. Sorry, everyone, for the long rant, but the passion i feel for every single one of them probably can not be put into enough words for me. 🥹 I just miss them. 😢

I love the layers of meaning in this album, only beginning to unlock it. The double meaning of Neuron as the dance group who inspired JHope to dance in his beginning and neuron as the cells in the body that must communicate to make us move but also is vital to our lives in the nervous system and understanding of others adds depth to the song. New run, a play with words but introspective as well but could be the opening of new chapters in life, still moving, always moving. It's brilliant.

By going back to basics (beginning) you refresh your memory, which in a way "makes" you slow down for a period, it can also spark inspiration! BTS has spent 10 yrs fusing things together from the music to the dance styles, in a way this project is like finding your year book / photo album buried in the back of the cupboard, once you look at the pics you start to remember places & events more clearly. 💜💜💜

I think this has been a fulfilling journey for J-Hope, the documentary is just fantastic and full of his energy. Thanks for your enlightening interpretation, highlighting once again things that we may not have seen or understood. I hope that J-Hope did not receive any criticism from his fellow street dancers (for sure not from the ones featured in the series) for becoming a K-pop idol like RM and SUGA. He was in the subculture dancing just as they were with rapping. We will never know, but his series pays his true respect to the genre and the heros of modern street dance.

I love you analysis on the song tracks and what they mean to Hobi and what they mean to ARMY. The main reason I love KPop is the lyrics mean everything to the artist, it is their way of reaching us and telling us how they feel and what they are going through. Hobi has come a long way and this docuseries is helping him reach new heights. All for the love of dance. I wish him, and all our BTS members continued success. That goes for ARMY too!

Thank you sincerely for taking Hobi's lyricism seriously. He is a master poet and storyteller. I am concerned, though, about calling this album a soundtrack, because, while the songs form the structure of the HOTS docu, the album is much more than "just a soundtrack." It is a brilliant project on its own, and ARMY should support and stream the album, particularly the title track Neuron, just as passionately as we have every other member's albums, all of which have had at least one single on the BB100...until now. When's the last time a BTS album, group or solo, didn't chart a single on the BB100? I know the charts aren't everything, but they do matter. The effort put into the album---the composing and recording, the slick packaging, merch, pop-up, the sophisticated MV (the views are weirdly low), the album release parties (that Hobi paid for) and the fact that BH hastily added three more Stationhead listening parties after the first day---tells me that they didn't see the album as just a soundtrack to the docu. I hope ARMY will support all of Hobi's impressive work. 🌞
@maryr1905
@maryr1905 Ай бұрын
That is disappointing if it didn't get on BB100. I'm with you in that I really want them all to have equal success because they are such incredible and unique artists individually. I understand why he released Neuron as the single in terms of it being the heart of his message and is also closer in style to his other music, but I wonder if it is not as consumer friendly as I Wonder or Lock/Unlock. I hear I Wonder as music on lots of different KZfaq shorts so it seems to be a song that is resonating. Would those songs have gotten more attention for Billboard charting or is it really just Army-driven as to whether or not songs get on the BB100?
@bt6248
@bt6248 Ай бұрын
@@maryr1905 Getting a single on the BB100 is a pretty low hurdle for ARMY, considering the size of the fan base. I think it's been six years (?) since a BTS album release hasn't had a single reach that mark, including every solo album in Chapter 2. Honestly, there's no good excuse (and some really negative reasons that I don't want to give space to here) for ARMY not getting this done for Hobi. But, he would want us to look on the bright side. The album as a whole charted #5 on the BB200, and both the HOTS album and docu are getting rave reviews from the entertainment industry---and, from true purple ARMY, of course, 🦋💜🦋
