@@patrickelliott-brennan8960 there aren't any laws of that nature, in fact the only law that exists is the one banning LGBT propaganda, which isn't very homophobic. You see LGBT propaganda sources could become targets for Homophobic attacks which would only increase the hate. The best course of action, in my opinion, is to just wait, since cities like Moscow and St P are already becoming more accepting and the other cities will follow suit in time.

In fact if you purposely left that out of comedy, you would be committing a form of racism by doing that (treating someone differently based on their race).
