1 block tofu
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 pkg bean sprouts
1 sweet onion
1 can salmon
green onions
1 bunch of watercress
1 head romaine lettuce
Sauce
2 cloves garlic
1/2 C. shoyu (amzn.to/2UqLnfl)
1/2 C. salad oil (we used olive oil)
2 T. sesame oil
Ginger (to taste)
1 T. sugar
John's Legendary Fried Chicken With Spicy Honey Butter
Chicken Brine:
10 C. cold water
6 T. Lawry's Seasoning Salt (amzn.to/3D7e1Uu)
2 1/2 T. garlic powder
2 T. cayenne pepper
5 lb chicken wings and drummettes
Breading
4 C. flour
2 T. Lawry's Seasoning Salt (amzn.to/3D7e1Uu)
1 T. cayenne pepper
Oil for frying
Spicy Honey Butter:
1 stick unsalted butter
4 T. Cholula hot sauce (amzn.to/2VX3bje)
2 T. honey
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
Deep fryer
Candy thermometer
