Not one tear, she could win an award for worst acting ever! Does she really think anyone is fooled by her horrific display of bad acting? After the bar scene, why was she even communicating with him ever again let alone be near him if it were true and she was so frightened for her life? But she did, even faked an assault to get a restraining order, and on a tape explaining she had no choice or she'd only have 30 days to leave. How come after the bar scene where he had a major injury she had none? She was about as believable as Nixon when he said, ""am not a crook", when all the evidence proved he was. What the hell is wrong with her cheek implants? Could they be set more wrong and badly?

The way you look back on the trauma, recalling memories, the beatings, fights etc. She’s not crying tears, shaking, having trouble breathing, no signs of actual ptsd. And a jealous, controlling spouse does not file a restraining order, try to escape, or break up with the person they are obsessed with in most cases. Its the other way around. 34:05: Steve is a reference to one of the main characters in Hemingway's novel "To Have And Have Not". The main characters, Harry "Steve" Morgan and Marie "Slim" Browning, were lovers, although Morgan was considerably older than Browning, and they nicknamed eachother Steve and Slim. During the movie adaptation, actors Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall actually fell in love on set, which is what Heard and Depp did. And so, because Depp also is considerably older than Heard, they nicknamed eachother Steve and Slim.

He is completely unbothered. No one, not even his lawyers are paying much attention to her testimony, even the one that is objecting. They know, they ALL KNOW, that with the evidence stacked against her, Amber HAS to create causation for Johnnys supposed behavior, and it’s not working cause, AGAIN, she HAS NO GROUNDS TO STAND ON. well because he could focus on getting a team of attorney which are competents and straight-forward instead of biased and dishonnest. i'm not even dunking on AH here, it's just that "lawyer" is a job in which knowledge and honesty are traits that results in the quality of your service, a honest lawyer dosn't have to bend the rules to get the results he want, he just has to present his case as best as possible. you just make a registry of all the proofs and evidences you got that can and will appear in the case, then you make your point based on thoses evidences to support your argumentation, it's not that hard when you don't have to bullshit. it's like reading an exposay in front of the class, instead this time there's money on the table and someone might get sent to jail or debt-hell. so it makes it very difficult to be both a competent and crooked attorney, that spot is only reserved to assholes who really know their shit despite being moraly-bankrupt, it take a certain talent to be such shitheads, because theses-ones have to present a case which they know is already bad, and then bend every fucking rules to engineer the result they're aiming for. AH attorneys can't get straight to the point because there is no fucking point, they know her story is bullshit, they know JD was the victime all-along, but they still need to somehow either make it so all charges are dropped, or he get the big spank. the thing is, she didn't get NEARLY competent enough professionnals assholes to win the case for her, and add the fact that she's awful at defending her case herself.

Speaking as a surgical, OR/RR nurse for 20 years, someone who has treated post op victims of domestic violence, had he thrown her across the room, slammed her head into walls, punched her in the face numerous times, closed fist with those heavy rings on, over years, he would have broken her jaw and or cheekbones, cracked her skull. She also claims he broke her nose what, 5, 6 times, yet not one call to 911 for an ambulance, ever; not one trip to the ER; no reconstructive surgery; never having her nose reset in the ER. And don't get me started on her claim of rape with a wine bottle to the point of internal injury, profuse bleeding. And what did she do after that? Went to bed, next morning up and out with friends for coffee. And where are the pics? She was attached to that camera, documenting his every move, often at his most vulnerable, when it suited her purpose. Not an expert at all, but I believe it can be a part of BPD, sometimes the person lacks focus on their personality and almost adopts that of those around them or that they think wold be most pleasing to those around them. They're also prone to lying although not recognised as a diagnostic criterin), and as such, I think they also sometimes adopt other people's word choices and experiences as their own, and may style themself after other people (maybe even constantly reinventing themselves based on who is around them etc - someone mentioned elsewhere in comments that she's dressed a lot like Dr Hughes the shitty karen shrink was)... she possibly even believes those things happened to her & that her lies actually happened. That's aid, I think her acting would be better if she did, so idk.

I couldn’t help but laugh at that - taking words like that literal to twist a narrative. Hopefully the jury sees through the bullshit on that, just like the texts where he calls her a cunt or office square head … it’s like COME ON … they had weird pet names for each other (like naming her “Steve” in his phone) and had that type of humor when together (something she now tries to deny, of course). A lot of the humor was on par with being edgy and a mix of Monty Python. She knows what she’s doing and it’s disgusting.

That's what I was thinking. Guilty people will often give as much detail, be it real or made up, as possible as to seem compliant and innocent. Truth is brains make half of the stuff you think you remember up anyway, so all the details are useless either way. I'm sad to hear you had to suffer through such traumatic events and now have to watch someone who's likely faking all you went through for pretty reasons. Let’s just say, he did hit or punch her. And there was abuse meted out by him too, I would still hope that the jury rules against her. 1. She clearly was way more abusive (broken finger). She didn’t have to go to hospital ever, but depp had to. 2. Poop on the bed, she is clearly not in the right frame of mind. That says a lot about a person. 3. Those audio and video recordings which prove how unloving she was even during his worst times. 4. 7 million dollars tax feee. They could have had a mutual divorce without money with involved. 5. Not paying up for charity when she claimed she would. 6. Very possibly Cheating on her husband. 7. The article about domestic violence that literally ruined his career. Throughout their fights, depp insisted on walking out of the fight, and she kept pulling him back into it. Even after divorce, she keeps pulling him back into the mess causing him further harm. So EVEN IF depp harmed her, she was way worse and he suffered way way more during and after the marriage. 50 million dollars in compensation doesn’t sound unfair at all.
