OUTSTANDING video and advice! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the time to film this great video. We are very pleased w/our QREVO, and highly recommend this model for both carpet and tile and linoleum. We have a large malamute (super-shedder), and Mr. Q is a great time-saver for both vacuuming and mopping. To keep him that way, we know from past experience w/our 5 yo iRobot (Nigel) how vital regular maintenance is. Nigel now lives and works flawlessly in the carpeted basement. Since Mr. Q also mops, he lives on the 1st floor. THANK YOU again for this great video!! It’s time to clean Mr. Q’s sensors (recommended weekly), and your vid shows exactly where to find all of them!

Hi! I've realy appreciate the video. A little tip from my experience, i pour a little of bleach in the dirty water conteiner when it's empty, this removes the smell almost entirely. Also, i have an issue: I've changed the mops with an online equivalent, but they detach from the stripes almost every day. Is there something i can do for that? I still have the original ones, but i was asking.

Excellent video, thank you. If you ever re-publish this video you may wish to show how to unblock the part that feeds into the dust bag. Today was my first day using the Q Revo, which is my first robotic cleaner, and an error message displayed that the bag needed to be unblocked. Tells you a lot about my cleaning regime! Also do you have a video on how to spot clean please? I want to learn how to use the remote joystick and how to spot clean with the vacuum only. The spot clean function seems to be both mop and vacuum together. Thank you .

Q Revo vs the S7 Ultra vs S8 Pro Ultra, which do you recommend for best cleaning and maintenance? In terms of cleaning performance, some recommend the S7 Ultra above the S8 Pro Ultra.. However, lately I've heard good things about the Q Revo.. I wonder if its due to the spinning pads..

How do you clean the water tank in the revo? I am looking to buy one, the only thing that holds me back is the cleaning of the water tank. it can over time get quite dirty and mouldy.

I have an error one for the LiDR but can’t find much on it. Any advice?

Have you ever had an issue with your Q Revo leaking drops of water? I’ve only had mine for 2 weeks and even when I do a vacuum only run I notice big drops of water on the floor especially where she transitions from carpet to hardwood. Any advice? Do I have a faulty unit?

Just purchased the Q Revo. I can’t find any indicators on the tank itself or anything in instructions about how much water to put in the tank. Do you fill it halfway up or to the top?

I purchased this device from Amazon a month ago and I could not get the water to fill into the vacuum so it did not mop. None of the suggestions by the manufacturer helped. I returned it and just received a second one and it is doing the same thing. I am wondering if there is some step I am missing such as removing a piece of protective tape somewhere. I have looked everywhere and cannot find anything.

Paper towels will scratch the sensors over time. I'd use a microfiber cloth.

I think you can empty the dust bin in the trash can and give it at least a second use. Like 1 bag every 2-3 months. Is a small saving but I think it worths it. And maybe you can clean the bag with water or some sort of procedure, same as the dust bin in the robot right?

Costco offers this Roborock Q Revo, 2 years warranty return anytime within 2 years operation to get full refund...I am waiting if Roborock shoots their Q Revo Pro at Costco ...mainly because it has extending mop and hot mop wash!

How are you finding this robot so far? Any issues, either software wise or hardware wise? Anything you wished that was better? In particular, how is object detection? Is it that bad?

My Q Revo has the problem that one of the two mops does not get wet anymore. - I have found no solution for that misbehavior, yet.
