nice video, I've been having some reoccuring pain in my patella region and I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong when it comes to my foot landing or if it's just a muscle condition, I've heard osgood-schlatter's disease affects that area and I'm slightly concerned

Adjust the height of your common center of mass relative to the ground and all your reasoning about the pre-support position of the foot and lower leg will become redundant)

Have you ever looked at importance of positive shin angle @JP Gloria I notice that by the time of toe off the shin is quite often on a positive angle (knee past the toes) with elite distance runners. Looks like it makes the runner project horizontally/fwd rather than up and down/vertically.

My right knee is paining after a run of 1mile , i think it is because wrong foot landing ...which foot i should run forefoot or midfoot..?

Its typically a way of your body to tell you that its really being used lately. To reduce soreness, you can do passive things like massage, or active things like light intensity exercises. Just give it some time! And thanks for continuing to watch my videos as well

Typically if it lightens up, you can...but if not you can do a light run and see if that bothers it or not
