So she started with an excuse for why she wasn’t there in person, saying she didn’t have any transport (despite there being buses, Uber, feet etc), then says she didn’t realise she was supposed to be there in person 🙄 If you’re going to lie, don’t start off by contradicting your future lie 🤦‍♀️

I'm always surprised these people can get to these towns to commit crimes yet can't get to the courthouse for their court date. Break the law closer to home then. What a victim! She had over a month to schedule a ride or figure out the bus or ask a friend or save for an uber. And she has money for crack but not to pay an uber or friend or cab to taken her into court. Ridiculous.

The woman that doesn't appear in person: She just plain never planned on coming into court in person. She has excuse after excuse why she can't do anything the court says she has to do. I'd suggest she be in jail. That way she could be in court for all her transgressions. I feel sorry for the public defender.

I wonder why judge DiSanto couldnt just send a squad car to pick her up. Thatd kill the defendant’s excuse in one shot. Ask her for her location, and if she refuses or isnt there when the cops show, then its an extra charge for eluding. Gotta make an example of these types of perps, as zoom has made them cocky and smug thinking they can do/say what they want

There are those who should NEVER be allowed to appear on Zoom after one chance. There should be no discussion, excuses or reasoning! This one should be arrested immediately, not because she did not appear in court, but for her attitude which is worse than her not appearing! The arrogance is sicknening! Her lawyer should be fined for arguing for an Ox. It's not allowed in court!

Seems like straightforward warrants like bringing her in to court should be able to be subcontracted to bail bondsmen so cops can spend more time keeping the community safe, instead of dragging sulky, petulant people who don’t want to be arrested, down to the court

Can you imagine just not showing up to court? I would never have the audacity to not go to court. I’ve said it in other broadcast, ever since the pandemic, and this zoom, people get just a little bit of freedom and they cannot handle it. Well, not everybody but about 20% of the population just can’t handle following the rules. Life would be so much easier if we could do things online, but not everyone can be trusted to show up.

Damn, in Chattanooga, we haven't been doing ANYTHING but Probation Appearances, IF approved of, previously, by Zoom, for 3 years now!! And the, while her Attorney speaks, she rest in her hand, and nearly goes to sleep. Its just amazing to me that it seems like if I watch something like, the "First 48 Hours", and they pick up some young Black male, While theyre waiting in the Interview room, they literally lay down in tgeir arms, on the table, and go to sleep!!! No worries whatsoever..

This country should make it a state and federal law. Mandatory drug testing for any kind of taxpayers assistance. To many people doing nothing but living off taxpayers and doing drugs. Look at her she is high now. It's time to get rid of Entitlement. This country is owes you nothing. Foodstamps and public assistance is not a right. Finish school and get a dang job.
