Good recipe video. Grandma aslo used chicken fat an skin equal part's, an boiled for an hour. Also lol used a big spoonful of balsamic vinegar an 10x the salt.

Despite the recipe calling for boiled gizzards, It should be called braised gizzards. He added just enough water to cover, but kept the heat on blast for too long. Probably was just like rubber.... Purina makes a chicken gizzards pate; it’s called Fancy Feast.

I boil mine for an hour. Chop em up an cook all types of meals. Despite how you view the food or recipe. Be respectful to your elder's, please.
