STRONGER glutes and abs are exactly what this workout has served up for YOU!
In only 20 minutes we are going to work through a super effective workout to help tighten your core and bum muscles. BONUS: This is a knee-friendly (no squats and no lunges) and a no equipment at home workout!
This workout is structured with 3 circuits that we work through twice. We will work for 30 seconds and take a recovery once we have completed each exercise in the circuit.
The first 2 circuits will focus on the glutes and the last circuit we will dial in on the abdominals and core muscles.
I will offer modifications when appropriate if needed. You can also take extra recovery to help modify and lower the intensity of this workout.
