STRONGER glutes and abs are exactly what this workout has served up for YOU!
In only 20 minutes we are going to work through a super effective workout to help tighten your core and bum muscles. BONUS: This is a knee-friendly (no squats and no lunges) and a no equipment at home workout!
This workout is structured with 3 circuits that we work through twice. We will work for 30 seconds and take a recovery once we have completed each exercise in the circuit.
The first 2 circuits will focus on the glutes and the last circuit we will dial in on the abdominals and core muscles.
I will offer modifications when appropriate if needed. You can also take extra recovery to help modify and lower the intensity of this workout.

I feel like this workout was even more effective than doing squats and lunges. I think I worked ALL the muscles in my booty! And my knees are so happy!

Great workout! I really like how you focus on certain areas of the body for each video. Depending on what I want to work any particular day, I can combine videos to hit different areas. A couple shorter videos seem easier to me than one long one. Maybe that’s a mind trick! As always, thank you so much for posting these wonderful videos!

I have lower back issues and I am not to do dead lifts or bending over with weights so doing exercises from floor is perfect

Did this right after the 20 minute Spicy Sprint ride and it is fantastic! All the exercises were so effective and seemed to be just what I needed! I really liked the walk out bridge move 👍 My glutes and abs are on fire. As a matter of fact, between the ride and this workout, my whole body is on fire 🔥🔥! Awesome workout! ✳️✴️✳️✴️✳️

Great workout! Did the 10min warm-up ride and then this class followed by the 15min daily stretch. All sweaty and relaxed now. Do I have to go to work?😉

Great workout but I had to make some adjustments due to the OA in my knees which prevents me from kneeling. I did straight leg raises on my tummy and my side, plus clam shells, for the exercises you did on your knees. Then I did your stretch video. Thanks Kaleigh! 😀

I was debating commenting this at risk of sounding rude but it’s definitely a me-problem and I need help.. Haha. When I do this style of butt workout I never feel anything. I don’t feel a burn or a shake and I hardly break a sweat. What am I doing wrong?!

I’m glad you asked! Without knowing all the specifics, I’ll mention a few things in general to try next time! It can be a challenge to get the glutes to fire in some exercises if your hip flexors are tight and/or your quads are the more dominate muscle in the front! Now to speak in more specific exercises, for example, let’s say the glute bridge, if your feet are too close to your bum, this will work the quads more. Walking your feet out a bit holding at the top of the motion and REALLY squeezing the cheeks will help active the glutes! Also, don’t hold it too long at the bottom between reps. Another couple of exercise examples, fire hydrants rear leg lift, and donkey kicks, what I like to think about with this move is not so much lifting the leg, but actually squeezing the glute to cause the lift, this may mean your leg doesn’t go up quite as far, and that’s ok! Again, it’s bringing your focus to the squeeze and hold it at the top for a 2-3 count before lowering! Another form mention for those exercises is to make sure your weight isn’t swaying to one side or the other and also that your core is engaged, so your back doesn’t arch or sag! Mini bands or booty bands can be a big help too, to make sure you’re challenging the muscle once you feel your form and rom is on point! Hope that helps a bit!
