Kenny did music with everybody. He recorded with McDonald, Stevie Nicks, Steve Perry...its actually probably harder to think of someone who didn't record music with Kenny in the late 70's through the 80's than someone who didn't.

Loggins and Messina was one of the biggest and most successful duos of the 1970's. You may know that McDonald started with STEELY DAN. Donald Fagen said he was too talented to keep in his band. @KennyTaylor_JesusIsLord 4 жыл бұрын
Rob Clem : Absolutely! Brother to Brother has one of the great bass solo’s of all time. Gino’s voice is perfection. Make sure to listen to the Brother to Brother album version. I have seen Gino live several times, but I have never seen a bass player try to play Jimmy Haslip's solo from the original album. Since Haslip is left handed and plays the solo on a right handed bass played left handed, it is probably impossible to replicate by a right handed bass player. Here is the KZfaq link to the original kzfaq.info/get/bejne/asCieZpnstuqYKs.html

Jamel. Brother. Being the beacon of light, love and hope that you are in these troubled times, you absolutely must dig on some Atlanta Rhythm Section, "I'm Not Gonna Let It Bother Me Tonight." It's the anthem 2020 needs so bad, and I need to hear you hearing it.

Every time I hear this song I think of the 1980 and 1981 NCAA basketball tournament games on NBC...pure gold! This was the theme song played before all televised games those years in March Madness. If you think about it, what an appropriate song for the tournament...every game could be "This is it"!

Brother, you are a breath of fresh air during very turbulent times. As a white guy growing up in the 70s I always gravitated to towards soul (Marvin Gaye, Four Tops, Temptations, Tavares, Gladys Knight....). Music has no color and every viewer on your channel can see the joy in your face as you listen (our) old favorites. If you have not reviewed yet, you need to listen to some Blue Eyed Soul. She’s Gone by Hall and Oats is a great one! Stay safe my friend.
