Interesting, I've never heard of pandan before. After looking it up, I definitely want to try it. After a quick look online, it looks like a store near me has pandan leaves. I've really grown into custards being my favorite/go-to desert on low carb, so this looks like it will be a great treat. Although, I have limited kitchen utensils right now so I think I will try to finely chop up the pandan leaves and then infuse heavy cream or coconut cream with them.
