Thank you for this! Mine was doing the exact same thing. I was one more failed carafe brew from calling customer service. Mine is 9 months old. I tried one more time after watching this and having let the vinegar set for hours and sure enough its brewing again. I will, however, be buying a cheap backup coffee maker! Now I understand why they sell special descaler.

We run vinegar weekly with this machine and it still ends up doing this, when our previous brands didn't require this much descaling.....I'm starting to be convinced this is a keurig problem not a scaling problem

Same exact problem, 2nd Kureig to die this year, I'm convinced these are designed to fail. I have found that a standard machine is cheaper and more practical.

We actually pressed down the oz button and pressed the 12oz & 8oz buttons simultaneously and it started working. We accidentally left the coffee pod in it and it made 12oz of coffee. Working normal now! We are going to clean it though, after drinking our morning cups!

Did you use straight vinegar or equal parts water

I cant get my device to do anything at all. Yhe blue light stays on and the green ring around the cups and carafe buttons never comes on now

My Cups light aren't coming on so I can run water through, just blinking "add water/descale"

I had an older model from 10 years back and it was a dream. Then pump went kaput. Now I bought a new one and 1 month in I’m getting “add water” all the time and I am extremely angry 😡. Anyone know what you can do?
