Could you please, explain in a video the accurate way of breathing while swimming, especially for the beginners. what's your advice about the inspiration and expiration during swimming specifically for those who're recently trying to learn with a feeling of fear while they're in the swimming pool ? Any tips on getting swim fit if you been out of the pool for awhile? I'm currently only able to swim 25yrd atm and take a short breather of 20 sec and swim another length and so on. Finding it difficult to keep my heart rate from spiking too high and would love to swim a good distance set eventually
