Brilliant Graham- It doesn't seem that long ago when you would have been happy to see a bus just go up and down the High Street !! The catalyst of Geoff providing the Bus Station has meant that there is another excellent diorama and has really added to your layout. Well! Graham, That was an absolute delight. I'm shielding and today has not been a great day. But! I end it with this. The steady pace of the bus, the beautiful scenes you have created, framed in your excellent filming and suddenly it's a lighter mood. 😀. Just love stuff going round. I managed to score some Peco code 55 track this week and am continuing with my viaduct build. My old home office was to be the train room, but it looks like it now has to be Alison's home office going forward. So, I will be decanting next door. Bigger room!! Sorted out my module sizes in my head and will crack on. First job is just a loop as I enjoy the sound of a train going around 😀😀. Thank you very much for this. Regards Stephen.

Simply splendid... love the bus station ...the devil is in the detail ! the little scenic enhancements continue to attract the viewer and coupled with some great running shots, I particularly look forward to Lakeside updates.

I love your layout Graham and love watching you progress with different idea's. I don't have a layout myself but I go back to the day's of the Hornby Dublo kits, my one was the Sir Nigel Gresley. which my dad got me in the 1950's.

Great work, as usual, Graham. Can I suggest that, when you remove the bus stop switch you cover the hole with some street furniture, like an inspection hatch or grating. A few other pieces of street furniture (BT cabinets and hatches in the pavement, drains and drain hatches in the road, etc.) would enhance your street scene even more. A few darker patches in the road, to show where roadworks had been done (around an inspection hatch?) and patched up with fresh tarmac, would also enhance the scene. Don't forget that road markings are not always pristine, they wear away and fade. Sometimes they are barely visible. Keep well, Henry

The bus looks brilliant especially with all the details of the street scene, and trains going through the station. It is nice to know police are able to catch the two oiks who have been shop lifting. Quite clearly a respectable and safe area. Commuters are obviously well served by public transport, as they depart to go off to work in London, then return in the evening. There are also , plenty of shops to pick a few things up on the way home. It reminds me very much of a commuter town some where in the home counties

I think the bus station, train station and the whole of the high street has come out absolutely brilliant! I've watched this being made from the start and followed the progress and know the amount of work that you've put into it. Graham I cannot think of a better UK townscape on any model railroad KZfaq channel, you have really nailed it to an absolutely stunning level. What an inspiration, you’ve motivated me so much I am incorporating a similar model railroad hobby room over our oak clad double garage currently under construction on our new build. Do you mind if I ask whether you dry lined or skimmed your internal garage walls as there doesn’t seem to be any evidence of cracking? Once built I have decided to opt for modelling in ‘O’ scale.

Brilliant Graham, some beautiful modelling there and some exquisite shots with your camera - too many to mention, in fact. The coach and the coach station have added a totally different "feel" to the layout which works so well. That opening sequence at the coach station looks fantastic. I've no suggestions, criticisms, ideas, thoughts, anything !! 👌👌 Just Brilliant. I don't know why but the new bus looks better, drives better too; looks superb !! The night scene, looking along Kingsway, looks *ready* now. It doesn't look like a layout with lights in some of the buildings; it looks like night-time on a busy town-centre street. The coach station has transformed the layout and it has *nothing* to do with trains - weird.😁 Just one little thought: use the pillar box as the push switch.😁👍 Good to see you've got your enthusiasm back too. I use the single corridor connectors on my stock. My layout is a end to end Branch line layout with a fairly tight radius curve leading to the storage yard, the single connectors work just fine Graham.

I recently discovered your channel and have subscribed. Very impressed with the high street and the lift at the station. I am also experimenting with faller vehicles. Fascinating little things aren’t they?! I wondered if you had a list of the buildings used in the high street? I recognise the Metcalfe units and the classic car garage, but what else did you use? Particularly the white with black timber building and the brick high street shops (pdsa, bargain booze etc). Thanks Dan

High Street is just looking phenomenal Graham. That pothole at the parking station end needs attention though. Maybe the good citizens are late paying their rates this year? BTW the sound quality is much better. Is that the new camera, or a different microphone in use?
