Prep time -20mins includes making of kofte
Cooking - 45 mins (give or take)
Feeds approx. 6/8 people dependant on portion size
Ingredients:
1kg lamb mince
2 medium/largish onions
4 fresh tomatoes
1 small onion
1/2 cup oil
spices for the kofta mix:
1/2 tablespoon:
salt, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder (reduce if you want it less spicier) & cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Spices for the masala:
2 teaspoons:
salt, coriander powder, chilli powder & deghi mirch (Kashmiri chilli powder) .
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 frozen piece of ginger & garlic cubes
1/2 tablespoon
garam masala
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves
fresh coriander
water in a jug
4 bullet chillies (optional)
6 boiled eggs
