It was a rare day when the clouds were low enough to reach and prevalent enough to be of interest. VFR separation was maintained!

Hows the temp in the cockpit? Is there a lot of glare from the windscreen?...Excellent video..thanks for sharing..

Glare is not bad at all. My other videos make it look worse than it is, but it is the camera angle that does it. Temp is great in the cockpit. I have a full 360 enclosure, but also have a 3” vent and it is all u need.

Is that just 5 gal? Would a larger tank fit? With 5 gallons and a 447 isn't that about 1:30 of flying time? Great video.

Larry Hastings I have a 10 gallon tank. I flight plan for 3gph. So, about 2.5 hours of flight time.

I really like this aircraft, but I don't trust myself to build something like this. Used ones (part 103) are impossible to find

Do you have a visor over your dashboard so you can see your analog display better?

Not really. I have an instrument “pod” that puts the instruments within reach. There’s a little bit of a visor on it. It only sticks unit about 1/2”.

Hello. Great video. Do you still have this? Is it relatively easy to fly and is it forgiving? Do you know how it compares to the aerolite? Thanks for any input you can give. 😊

Can you thermal a FireFly? Guess you can't shut the engine off and be sure of a restart.

John Gallagher I’ve never tried. I’ve flown through some strong ones that made me wonder though. The short stubby wing is certainly not ideal. It’s designed for a different mission.
