Im 62 with hip arthritis and tho this is challenging due to that I can do it and I feel better immediately afterwards. This is the best 10 minute stretch and toning on the Internet in my opinion and I have scoured the internet for several years in search for good warm ups and workouts. I trust this routine even more bc you’re a physical therapist doc and wouldn’t recommend something that might hurt me unwittingly like a less experienced person might. I would love to see even longer gentle routines with dumbbells and gentle ways to get my cardio up. Please keep the great info coming Doc! Thank you!

@@andrewkitchenuk actually we have. Simple exercise space with an exercise bike, total gym machine, and a flat screen to follow along with Dr. Kristie. As a former athlete, I recognize the amount of free game she's giving us. Very, very helpful stuff!

Okay, as always, your work is rock solid, helpful, and easily assimilated. That truly is the greatest redeeming attribute of your channel. Simple, straightforward and relevant. What this vid does make clear though is that your imagery and video presentation has gone to a level many in your profession just flat, cannot touch. I suffer from facet osteoarthritis and there are limited exercises for strengthening/stretching safely but I think most of these are ok so excited to try this!. The struggle is real as the wrong move can cause such a flare and leave you immobile for a few days. Going to share this in facet syndrome group if that’s ok? I’d love if you could possibly do a video regarding these issues and show a safe routine for stretch and strengthening that. Thank you for your video and love the dogs!!

These workouts are all great, safe and help with all movement. Your theme holiday workouts are fun too. How about a rock n' roll workout sometime? Generic instrumental rock could be fine if there are copyright issues.

what do you recommend if your feeling exhaust of breath after a 2-4 stretches...no make that 3-4 stretch … we're fined at 2.

I always tell people to listen to their bodies and take breaks as needed. It’s ok to start slow and work on building.
