This video is so well timed for me. 12 months since injury, 6 months since arthroscopy, still not there. Missing slightly on full extension. Getting there so every new exercise helps.

Hello~! I'm a 28yr old female with a bloated belly, cellulite, fatty knees & inner thighs that jiggle like jelly, and lower back pain. In other words!!! . . . a Hot MESS. I'm very embarrassed by my lack of stamina and jiggly parts, but I really want to change. I've just been introduced to your videos and I have to say: you make me feel like I can succeed. Thank you so much!!!! Quick question: how often a week do you recommend a beginner starts working out on top of having a stressful, tiring full time job??? I'm trying to figure out my schedule to fit the gym in, but alas: I am so . . .so tired. . . Any advice would be a big help. Thank you so much!😭 😔 🙏🏼

Great, great details (movement descriptions/etc.) Kristie in this video!! I appreciate that because I want to maximize the liklihood of doing specific exercises/stretches "correctly". Couple of questions if I may. 1. At the top of leg raise or bridge, is there a "hold time"? 5 sec. 10 sec ...? 2. Based on the conditions under which I feel "knee pain" now, I'm fairly certain I have a meniscus tear in left knee. Are any of these specific exercises a little too aggressive for that? Should I preceed these exercises with different ones focused on facilitating meniscus repair first before starting these ones? Again, thank you for the work you put into this!! You are truly lovely.

I've had an ACL replacement surgery in 91,and I am still very active. I have been a martial arts practitioner since 88. I am also a chef ,and I spend most of my time standing. Lately, both of my knees have been starting to hurt after a workout. Are there any specific exercise stretches that I can do to reduce the pain?

Hello, Dr. K I just found you on KZfaq channel. I fell on both knees n a kneeling position. On concrete. I've been having a lot of knee pain. My left kneen took more impact than my right . The swelling is some what starting to go down. It pops when I lay down... gets stiff at times. Yes, I've just had another x-rays waiting upon approval of a MRI this happened right before Thanksgiving last year. I don't want any type of injection. So I'll give ur exercise a try.
