Hey, lady. I understand. I've been hitting a rough spot, too. My stress and anxiety are at an all-time high the last several weeks. Hubby was really sick, all the kids were sick, my oldest is having behavioral issues, my 2 best friends are getting married in a very short time frame (1 is this weekend, the other in June). I've been trying to do it all and take care of everyone and everything, but it's now emotionally crashing down on me. I know I'll get through it, but right now, it's just hard. Sending love 💜

Thank you. I just started prozac on friday and had a bad reaction and have been in constant panic for days. And your videos really help me. I recently came across your video of your hands locking up and thats exactly what i went through a couple years back and right now i am terrified that its coming back because of this reaction to new meds. Youre an inspiration to me thank you again. Im out of utah so these winters months have been hitting hard and to have someone to listen to who knows what this feels like helps tremendously.
