Surprisingly enough, Ryan is the same person who installed the InstaHeat heater at Adrian Black's residence in The Driver's Seat. His signature is on the reciept, located on a table in the kitchen.

All you have to do is when you get a question wrong, just quit and do the interrogation over again, until you get all of the answers right.

These were one of the most hard interrogations. Especially the Model 70 heater question, because it didn't work for Varley.

Depends how well you did before the interrogation especially since if you screw up the later interviews, you won’t have enough evidence for some of the questions , for example, the statements

This take place in the 1940s back then it was all about making an arrest in this case ryan was the better suspect because he is guilty maybe not for this crime as for the other guy he's a wanted man for another crime

i must have fucked up the interview with his boss rasic, which then made the later questioning impossibel to solve. i ended up charging farley. the mosquito coil, the kickbacks, wanted for murder, the sawyer family log; it all pointed to him. i'm getting bored with it now. i never had an affair with that german broad neither.

It was acctually Ira who burned those houses, but setting that aside. I think the reason why you have to charce Ryan is because Varley is connected to The Suburban Redevelopment Fund and having him get charced for those arsons would have made TSRF look bad and it would have resulted in the public demanding that they be investigated which would have exposed TSRF for being a massive conspiracy designed to con the government.
