I just assembled my F1 this week. Epic fit and finish! Not one piece was out of alignment. Top quality.

I do own a Laguna F1 as well, and got no issue whatsoever with the wings as soon as I realized one is for the left side and the other for the right side. The holes are indeed offset for that same reason. I love my Laguna F1, no regret... (I bought the F1 as the F2 would not fit in my little shop.

I too own a Laguna F1. I did not have the issues you have but my blade is out of alignment and cannot be fixed. The trunnion holes are the same diameter as the "adjustment" bolts so there is nowhere for the motor assembly to move. Serious design flaw. I will be posting a video on my channel shortly.

My wings were also not correct. Saw is a little over a year old, and I traded them the mobile wheel set for my troubles.

You don't need a saw stop . most people that are trained properly in the use of machinery have never had an accident their entire life . it's a very small percentage of people that don't pay attention that get hurt . What did people do before saw stop ? oh yeah they took a safety training course and never deviated from those procedures . Personally i think saw stop makes some people less fearful when operating their saws . why do i say " less fearful" ? because a little bit of fear heightens one's awareness to pay attention .

I was so excited to buy laguna f1, but I am not anymore after watching this video. I can't to buy a table saw and I don't want to have more problems to solve. Thank you

Line up the table wings on the saw... clamping in place if possible.. Drill a pilot hole thru wing AND CI table.. 1/8" would do.. Drill clearance hole in wing Drill tapping-size hole in saw Tap the hole... Fixed... 🤗 I know I know... you shouldnt have to do this with a new product... just explaining how to fix it... I'm a machinist so this would be a trivial matter but maybe not for you, I understand... I have the messed up throat plate and side table holes aligned wrong

I know this may sound a bit absurd but did you try rotating the wing 180 to see if it would line up. Some time they make thing universal so it could mount either side. Laguna has a history of BAD customer service. I purchased a knew table saw during Black Friday but didn't receive it till after Christmas but its a fantastic saw. I went with Harvey it was $300 cheaper than Laguna on sale. Solid table saw with a 4 hp motor vs the Laguna only came with a 3 hp. If you search around you'll find vids on Laguna bad customer service. One stands out after about 2 months the motor mount broke and it was a massive can of worms he was dead without a saw for weeks don't know what happened but that is improper of a company to leave a problem such as that just hanging because of this I didn't even consider Laguna. Saw Stop for what I have would of ran $5400 I only paid $2900 but they offered a 5 hp motor frankly 4 is plenty. Wish you well and spend your saved money on a few safety items to keep your fingers away from the meat grinder. Push sticks, sleds, Micro Jig , etc. NEVER reach for a piece of wood turn the saw off just keep your wits about and if you're tired or having emotional issues , loss of family or even pets will distract and THAT is when an accident can happen. Best to take a break for a few days.

So as of now, Laguna still hasn't responded to you?? Thats pretty disappointing when Laguna is a popular brand, I wouldn't expect that from them. I see absolutely no reason whatsoever to pay that kind of money for a Saw Stop unless you plan on purposely putting your fingers in that blade. Sure accidents happen, but Man has been using table saws for decades with mostly no problems and they never had break like the SS has. Other than that, I can't see how SS is any better than the other brands.

My F1 is a POS. Cast top not even close to flat. Measuring with a "REAL STRAIGHT EDGE" and feeler gauges it is over .012 off. The fence is joke. Had it for six months and have not cut one piece of wood with it. Says 15 amp, nope 20 amp. Getting electrician for additional high amp circuits for saw and dust collection. $100 for wheels. $1799 total for a TOY. Laguna, never again!
