On Jan. 26, 2016, LaVoy Finicum and three others from the refuge fled a traffic along U.S. 395 north of Burns, Ore. The FBI and Oregon State Police set up a roadblock which resulted in Finicum's death. This video breaks down key moments in the confrontation between Finicum and FBI and Oregon State Police. The location of figures in the video are estimations based on grainy aerial footage provided by the FBI.
