Why did noone ask for how long Rodgers took time off? And noone asked Rodgers brother whether he wanted to pay him a visit. And noone asked Lubinsky whether he ever wanted them to help him with an auction or IT. This thing with the hammer. I think noone could do that without rage. Noone could continue hitting without deepest rage. Rage coming from love, denial, injustice or anything like that. It seems to me that R. really wanted to stay several days in Florida. I think, either they really wanted to get the money in the house or they only wanted to stay there and T. refused. This would match the story on R. T-shirt when he was interrogated "a christmas story".

Why is the judge talking about how fast a case is going to take. Sounds like he's trying to hurry cases along which doesn't seem right.

Cinnamon Girl If both hit men are found guilty ,Sievers is more likely to plea guilty without a trial. If they schedule Rogers sentencing for after the trial of Sievers , Rogers will be more willing to cooperate with the State , either at Sievers trial or to push him to plead guilty.

@@justanothersmith6012 Oh ok. That makes sense. I was starting to really get bothered by the judge acting like he wants to rush this case. Thank you for that outlook.

Cinnamon Girl: There are a hundred reasons why a trial judge needs this information since they have the very difficult and complicated task of making certain all involved persons can be available throughout the trial period...including him/herself. Each lawyer, each juror and the judge himself are individuals. One might have a scheduled surgery, another a booked vacation, someone else might be involved in other legal matters in another courtroom. This is why the judge always asks.

I believe that one of the jurors is an airline pilot and if the trial goes longer than expected, then they will have to cancel his flights.. the judge needs to inform the jurors employer that the trial will run on longer than expected... But... If they say the trial will go on another 2 weeks and it doesn't then the flights have been cancelled for no reason. He mentioned this in an earlier video.

Completely irrelevant to the case (well right now its irrelevant but I have a feeling the defense might move to use this as an excuse for their clients behavior, they made that guy explain it to death), the dirty side lockers are dangerously close to the clean side lockers in a company who’s work carries a very high risk of lead poisoning, that is a risk in and of itself. There is no closed doorway from the dirty side to the clean side, which inevitably runs the risk of tracking lead into the clean side no matter how many times they wash their hands. It should be a room separated by at least a door to shut out the dirty side so that the lead particles can’t travel over, by foot or airborne, to the clean side and onto the belongings and into to the bodies of these workers. Seems like an inadequate safety measure to me. And lead poisoning is known to cause brain damage. Might be a line of defense for their client that they could potentially go down if they can’t express enough doubt in his actual guilt.

As the prosecutor, I'd ask the defense, "Would there not be an outbreak of lead poisoning, involving more than one single individual if contamination was the cause? Show me another case of lead poisoning causing an employee, employed by the company in question, to become homicidal." Besides, he didn't snap and kill someone on his street in Vomitville, Missouri. His motivation wasn't some delusion caused by accumulated toxins in his brain. His motivation was money.

Having already seen the Mark Sievers trial, this is basically a open and shut case due to the confession of Wayne Wright. What surprises me is how quick all this evidence was pointed to these defendants and for that matter how dumb they were. Personally, I think without this defendant, Wayne Wright wouldn’t have gone through with it even if he was a 5 time felon. After all he was only acting on Sievers lies.

This is the last one in a series of 10 videos so far, to fully understand this case you’d have to go back and watch the opening statements from the prosecution and the defense, both also found on this KZfaq channel. All under the titles that begin with “Jimmie Rodgers...” But the short version is that a husband (Mr. Mark Sievers) hired this guy (Jimmie Rodgers) to kill his wife, Dr. Teresa Sievers. So this is the trial for the alleged hired hit man, Jimmie Rodgers.
