Known errors: 1. You role each stat individually not as a group and place them where you want to (thanks Starman) 2. All armor of a specific type counts as one Encumbrance hit. So it should be 5 for padded on all my characters regardless of how many parts they have (thanks to the comments section) 3. One stat you can change by +10 I changed the stat to a +10 which was an error (thanks valkoharja)

You also turned a -10 to a +10 when creating the Wizard (at least). That's not how it works. You add +10, rather than turning the modifier into +10, so the Wizard's dodge would go from -10 to +0.

Exploding Bob made me think of Harry Dresden. At first, I thought - that should have been the name of your wizard, but the more I thought about it, I realized Bob is more of an alchemist, isn’t he? Perfect name - kudos to your patreon!

Bairnt, we are both worried. You are worried that you don't have a dedicated damage dealer (around 37:00 time stamp). I'm worried that my wallet won't survive the next crowdfunding campaign! I missed the original one, and have been debating jumping in on the one which begins around Sept 26 (2023). I'm watching all of the videos available to help make that decision. There may be blood on my bank account...

Thanks for the video. One issue though. I don't think you can change a negative modifier into a +10, instead you add a +10. E.g. a -15 modifier becomes a -5, not a +10.

Did you count the encumbrance for the padded jacket of 5 total for both the torso and arms or did you count it as 5 for each the torso and arms so a total of 10. I think he clarified it was just a total of 5.

Just started getting a game set up and rolling characters. Was wondering if anyone thought the amount of lines for bag space was bot large enough for alchemists. I imagine you're going to have a lot of different materials as you go through your journey. Also, when you take parts you said 2 tongues and something else.... are you supposed to dictate the creature they're from also? Like Troll Brain, spider Eyes, etc. Because I thought that was part of it as well....

That awesome Jared hope you enjoy the game. First off I’ll say there are not enough spaces for the alchemist but I do make a lot of potions. Also if I was supposed to dictate what creature I missed that part. It is a 250 pg rule book so there is a good chance I missed that part. I wonder if that is more for theme then practicality. when you add the +15 and can't have more than 10 is that with or without the points you got from the d10 roll ?

Justin that is a great question from how I understand it and I could be wrong. You add the d10 and then after that you can assign 15 pts to what you want but it can't be more then 10 more. Hope that makes sense let me know if I'm wrong thank for the great question and thanks as always for watching

True it is a lot but that’s all your going it get and the other stats are going to be poor. I’ll check again ad if I’m wrong I’ll let you know. 😃😃👍

It was also done wrong your not supposed to roll and then assign then I should have rolled for each one so I’m guessing the 15 pts off set a bad roll in a prime stat most of the time

Thanks for sharing, Bairnt. This game looks fun and the new expansion has been announced on Gamefound. I am debating on backing the new campaign or backing Hexplore It. Have you played Hexplore It, and how does it compare to League of Dungeoneers?

Your in luck Paul!!! I’m going to putting out at least a 3 part series of LoD and Colin is doing a playthrough of HexPlore it next week I think. So you will be able to see them both in action and make you decision. Also Canja has done many videos on HexPlore it you can check out. Hope that helps!!!! 😃😃👍

Why are you choosing which dice to assign to stats, in official video rolls each separately. Enc only added once for each armour type even those covering multiple slots.

Thanks Starman for catching that. My DnD influence popped up here. I’ll make sure to put a note in the video. No hope in the future a variant can be made to do that so you can make the class you want. That’s just what I think but of course I could be in the minority on that rule. Thanks for catching armor I did add the padded caps and leggings into the end I’ll fix that in the next video and explain the character stat rolling error as well. Are you sure resolve is that important? Seems like you dumped a lot of points into it with all you characters.

You right I did pour a lot of points into resolve. It will be important when we get to the dungeon part. It will effect how much morale our team will have. Now that I think about it I didn’t mention that during the creation of the characters. 😃😃👍
