I discovered this sleep programLiveWithInsomnia.blogspot.com truly effective. I have endured sleeping disorders all of my like, seriously, since infancy, have utilized various medications, but this plan is the most efficient tool I have found for smashing the cycle of sleeping disorders. I`ve been resting poorly for over 10 years, at a time not of my choosing. After applying this sleep plan *4InsomniaCure. Com* for seven days, I was able to attain eight hours of sleep every night. I know how painful it is for being sleepless. I'm a person who sleeps very hard. Until later, try to take a warm shower before going to bed, make the room dark, and finally find the sound of the atmosphere to lull to sleep. Which for me is very helpful it prevented me from thinking to much and falling asleep. So I started by listening to it and remembering what kind of sound I liked. Until now, I started make clips by myself. In hopes of helping others. Let's open up and listen. I wish you a good night to wake up ready to begin a new life.

Instead of doing this just blink your eyes continuously without stopping till your eyes get tired and water comes out of your eyes then close your eyes and sleep , it really helps .

@@srikrishnavasanth3895 it worked for me. I now do lots of walking without any music or distraction i simply walk in fresh air normal speed, then when i come home i dont use phone, i just read some book then i put some sleep music and go to sleep

This is really interesting! Another thing that I find helps improve the quality of sleep is a constant sounds in the background, like white noise or a fan.

This is so helpful. I had trouble sleeping for a long time. I tried many things. Something that also helps me is watching long relaxing videos. I recommend Fraiche Worlds, Halion Music and Alpha Waves.

Hi. To anyone who read this, and having trouble with sleeping, please try to drink 1 tablespoon of pure raw honey 30 minutes before going to bed. This works for me! Hope this helps.

How does it help? A tablespoon of honey is a LOT of sugar. It would set my restless legs off so bad if I had that right before bed, no way would I be able to sleep, but each to their own i guess.

This is an important topic. Second viewing, still confused. What was that about pressing on the side of the fingers? Didn't see that demonstrated. Were they pressing up from the bottom too during the first maneuver? I think going through the entire routine from relevent camera angles would help.
