Anybody who's new to jump rope exercise should start with a thick, heavy rope. I tried beginning with the same style of jump rope used in this video & it was too thin, cuts through the air too quickly & was bruising my shins because I was too heavy to jump over ot quickly enough. Try the "Mira battle" jump rope if you're having similar issues. ❤

I struggle with running in place, but already getting used to doing 20+ minutes of jump-rope/day, any tips on how to master there?
@veronicaocasio7648 Жыл бұрын
I have a tip! Basically make sure you keep your knees high up,and try alternating,hop on one leg,and then the other leg,and keep alternating,And then you'll get the run in place,But before you do that make sure you do the basic stuff first,like the toe flick or anything else,But just remember you got this,
