Just come across this. I'm deffo gonna try. Seems like the only video on utube that explains how to progress to it and not actually progress from the end point. I'm having trouble leaving the floor, brain doesn't want my body to do it so this seems like such a great way to start off your neuro muscular pathway for this end goal. Thank you!

This is a nice way to gain confidence. I can do it, but my brain shouts NO is between. So it Takes a Lot of time to do Minimum reps. I twisted my ankle once and lost confidence

Thank you soooo much! This tutorial is exactly what I was looking for! For the life of me, I could not perform one single knee jump and I consider myself an athletic person (huge mental block). In under 10 minutes, following these progressions, I’m now finally able to perform knee jumps! :D Thanks again! :)))

Thank you SO MUCH for this. It is incredibly detailed! I've been trying to do this from the final step LOL and almost broke my face. I could not find a proper tutorial for monthsssss It's also encouraging to know that I'm able to do most of the steps, just gotta get past step 6 without busting my ass lol, and truly practicing mind-muscle connection there.
