Learning To Fly :p Episode 014 - Raptor F22 EGBW 18 Pattern

Just having a bit of a mess about in the F-22A Raptor and flying it around the right hand 18 circuit at Wellesbourne Mountford (EGBW) just to see how feasible it is.
I doubt the flight model of this F-22A Raptor is close to the real one, but this is just a bit of fun :)
I'm pretty sure I would have destroyed the undercarriage with my hard landing :p

haha, don't they fly F22 Raptors out of Wellesbourne then? :D :p In all fairness, this F22 model can't be accurate, I would have splatted into the ground at the speed I landed at :)

i added the specs to the video description, This is running on "High" graphics, still getting the odd microstutter, but I think that is caused by the freeware plane.

definitely a video game landing ;) no way would I have survived that in a real landing :p

Where do I start? If I had a nickel for every time I've told you to engage the float gauge when you're approaching the altitude apex to reduce offside flutter, well, I'd have a shit load of nickels. Call me when you've done 10,000 hours in a D-13 Crest Jet and I'll consider letting you into my flight school for the one on one coaching you need... maybe.
