any updates on this machine? I have the same lathe and was thinking about doing the same thing. One VFD to drive the main motor, contactor to run the hydro pump / chuck wobbler off of the main motor drive. Thanks, Matt

Interesting that you bought this lathe. I’m buying a 11c series. Still a 15-54. I know a place that has some parts. Other than eBay.
