This week I prep the cabin site for another season of building. After completing the work, my lovely wife joined me at the build site where she shares about her battle with brain cancer.
Where there is life, there is hope, and hope is always worth fighting for. So keep fighting the good fight my friends.
My dad and I have been on a journey to build our own log cabin. This series of videos is a 'behind-the-scenes' look of our bigger "Log Cabin on a Budget" series:

Praise God for her survival. at 16 years old I survived brain cancer and know how it is to get through. If I hadn't had surgery when I did I would have died. I've had several surgeries since but I'm 60 years young and pray for you both God bless both of you 🙏 and know there is someone who went through and survived as well. My love and prayers are with both of you and my condolences for the loss of your parents. My mom died just before the pandemic and dads been gone 12 years.🌈🌈🌈🙏🙏💞💞💞💞💞🤗🤗👌💖🇨🇦

You mean praise modern medicine, surely? If there was a god he wouldn't give people cancer in the first place! Fairy tales are fine but they don't cure cancer, (or any of the depraved sicknesses and ills your god must wilfully bestow on people and animals).

God is the great physician. He heals where science can not.
@keithnoneya
@keithnoneya 5 жыл бұрын
@SmellyCatLOL! When the doctor of science leaves the room to regain his composure and double check the science results, comes back and says it's a miracle because her healing is scientifically unexplained. Damaged and destroyed nerves don't just regrow themselves, especially if the whole area has been bombarded with radiation. Yeah science proved Skydaddy healed her. Besides who made the doctor and the elements for the universe to even exist. Or as one atheist physicist, Hugh Ross or even Dr. Paul Lim @ Yale turned Christian said, "I've come to the conclusion that God exists because in order for all this to come about the universe had to have had some physical laws in place before it could even come about. I had to acknowledge that God had to exist because someone had to put the laws in place and make the materials before the universe could exist. Funny in order to believe in the big bang theory that everything came into being from nothing is the same as God made the universe from nothing. The big band theory says that the universe started as a small dot that came from nothing and blew into existence and is continually expanding. Yeah that was written in the Bible thousands of years ago even before science proved it. "and God said Let there be.....", "God stretches out the universe with His hands"! Science doesn't disprove the Bible it repeatedly proves it, and archaeology repeatedly proves it's history. "Evidence that demands a verdict" Josh McDowell is a good place to start on the archaeology part. Before you go off on Carbon Dating, you need to know that it repeatedly contradicts itself and scientists take ONLY the date that meets their expected results, not all the dates that show up in the results. Thanks for the interesting but laudable comment though. Put this into the YT search window if you're curious: "Physicist becomes a christian law of physics" It's not just us idiots that believe in God. Best Wishes & Blessings. Keith Noneya

Watched you and your Dad building the cabin. Then I came across your very personal and truly heart breaking video with you and your wife. Watching you and your dad, rain and shine battle on with the cabin allowed me into your lives. To find out and listen to you and your wife talking about the battle your wife has had to face and your family have shared and endured with such love ,restores my faith in humanity. I was going to be a minister in the UK in Durham co. Durham but it didn’t happen. My faith in God and my love of humanity failed me while serving in the Falklands war and I struggled with the way mankind can be. Now many years on I watch you and your wife and I have nothing but admiration for you all. The Lord is walking at your side, his arms guiding and protecting you and I can only say Your cabin is beautiful you have a beautiful family and The Lord Bless you all. X

I'm not sure I'm up to date on all that has happened in your life, but it all hit me that you've suffered so much loss starting with your mother several years back, return of Mrs. Outsider's tumor, and this summer with your father. I'm so incredibly sorry for the burden of grief you've endured. I believe God always has reasons for our struggles, which may or may not offer personal comfort. His plans aren't readily known or revealed, but, based on your spirituality and goodness, I truly believe He has deep plans for you, my friend. Love and heartfelt blessings to you and your family.

Although I did not know that Mr Outsider was a Pastor I have always felt strongly that you were a Christian. It has been great to see Mrs outsider and to hear her story - it has certainly been a long road that you both have traveled. My wife an I will include you in our daily prayers for continued healing (it would be nice to have a name) - we can never know where God is taking us on our individual journeys. We have a couple of people in our small church who have had cancer and are believing that God is going to heal them or perhaps I should say has healed them because that's why he went to the cross. On a practical note it is good to see some progress on the cabin again and I guess that I now have a greater understanding of why it has been quite long periods between episodes.

Your video still impacts others. In 2014, my wife and I were the parents you described who were a wreck as our 24 year old son, in a matter of 7 days, was having a routine eye exam to having brain surgery to remove a tumor between the cerebellum and brain stem followed by 30 rounds of radiation. I’m crying as I listen to your story and reflect on our experience. Our son is now 31 and through his experience was inspired to become a Registered Nurse. Thank you for sharing.

BLESSINGS to both of you 'MR & MRS OUTSIDER'. Our God is so good and has BLESSED you both beyond measure, as both of you have shared your amazing and heart-felt story. Its not easy to tell the world your journey, of pain and suffering. However, it can help those in that HARD place right now and going through similar issues. A TRULY, TRULY inspirational journey, filled with love and hope that both of you have shared to us all is amazing. BLESSINGS again to both of you and keep on smiling through the long journey ahead..

Thank you so much!! Your support, encouragement, and love means the world to us! It was definitely a vulnerable feeling to share our story with so many, but I haven't been given these miracles to just keep them hidden, and deny our Heavenly Father of the glory that He's due. We're here to help others, and if the pain I've had to endure can reach even just one soul, it's worth it! Take care and God bless ❤️❤️❤️

Wow. My wife is in her 30's and a little over a year ago our world was rocked when she was diagnosed with terminal stage 4 colon cancer. Many treatments and roller coaster rides in and our marriage is stronger today than has ever been. We always wonder how in the world people deal with it this don't have faith in God and a peace knowing where they are going when they die. You and your wife and your daughter will be in our prayers!! On a different note have followed your channel for a long time and was introduced to Woodland Mills through you. I have a 126XL and absolutely love it!! God Bless to you and your wife!! We will be praying for complete healing for your wife, in Jesus' name. God bless you brother! I came across your channel a few months ago when you were long past this episode. I have now come back and started at the beginning and what an eye opener this one is. What a brave, loving couple you are. You story touched me. I'm 74 and very sadly my son, who would turn 44 in December 2024, if he makes it, was also diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. He has 4 inoperable tumors and has had constant chemo or radiation. No one knows how much longer he has. We too are Christians and can only believe that God will perform a miracle, as He's done for Mrs. Outsider, because that is his only hope. While there is life there is always hope. He is so brave as, he has declared, "it is what it is Dad, I have my faith to know God is my home". He has 2 children and that's the sad part as, if God calls him home, my granddaughter won't have her father to walk her down the aisle on her wedding day. But I speak Roman's 9 v15 continuously, "I will have mercy and compassion on whom I choose to have it. (paraphrased). v 16 "It does therefore not depend on man's desire or effort, but of God's mercy". Only God knows how many days are written in his book (Psalm 139) for each person and HE decides when to call us home. May God continue to protect you in this dangerous type of work you do and bless you and your family. I look forward to seeing ALL of your channel's forthcoming episodes.

To you both I say, you were a witness to a miracle, a grand changing of circumstances and a blessing. My Mother was in hospice and was on the path to heaven. Dr.s were preparing us for the worst, I however prayed with all my emotions and begged God to bring my Mother home. She walked out of hospice 4 years ago. However, I just lost her but she was ready this time and on here terms. She went home. God Bless you both and all of who have been witness to a profound miracle..
