My mom and I love shrimp and grits. It's one of our favorite dishes. I cook my grits for about 40 minutes to get them creamy and stir often.

Once you start it can be therapeutic…I love cooking and I had to learn to cook Jamaican food for my husband..now I do it without watching videos and can make almost anything from scratch and it’s much healthier because you know what you put in the food!
