Ultimately, my goal is to build a secure financial foundation for our future family.

I’d love to understand more about the bridging loans and finance. I no issues with the build, fire regs, building regs etc. just financing these projects.

I love a progress video. I always want to be there and ask a million questions, tho it looks to cold to do on site. That place looks so good and your client (brother) is in great hands. Can't wait to see how it all takes shape. Yet again, I'd live in any of them but that penthouse studio is gonna be the best. 😊

It’s so different in the UK. I see no reason for a door into the second flat, and a door into the kitchen and yet a 3rd door taking up space going into the living room. I can see the kitchen because of fire regulations and smell. But I know the Brit’s love their separate rooms! 😂

Yes fire regs mean we have to have the kitchen separated with a fire door. Not sure why you’d want a living room and a bedroom all in one…..

We lived in a "condo", (apartments that you have to pay extra for), where you could hear people if they were loud. My daughter would leave her room when the upstairs neighbors would have sex. I told her at least he was Quick Draw McGraw 😂 and they were people you didn't want to think about doing that 🤮🤣🤣 so soundproof will be great

I have a condo as a vacation home. I remember going there in the middle of winter. Lying in bed I began to hear faint chirping at night, like every 30 seconds. It turned out the neighbor's answering machine was full. It was in their bedroom on the opposite side of the wall. Also, the units are identical like a flat. The plumbing runs through the walls. So when the upstairs flushes, it sound like "Niagara Falls" in my living room.

@@PropertyCouple 1. Not even just the big ticket items, in the spirit of education? 🙁 Btw, what do you do in between the time the plan is approved by the council and the contracts are exchanged? Can be a long time to start repaying the lender on the back of nothing being done 🤔
