MR stealyobitch things are different in El Paso. If they would of had cannabis they would have went to jail. The police in El Paso do not prioritize heroin or prostitution or pedophiles or murderers or thieves. They go after cannabis users. That’s about it. And now we have live PD to help document this because this is an everyday thing. I understand why you would be confused and surprised though.
