The best witness so far for the Commonwealth is a drunk person who didn't even give a statement til nine months after she supposedly saw a black blob. The real crime is that this even got to court.
@Draconis-hs8bo

Something the judge didn't let them get into is that the defense already publicly stated that in 8 months, no one has come forward saying they saw the body before Karen discovered it at 6-whatever AM. Then she conveniently talks to Mr Proctor and says she saw a black blob that she now thinks was a body.

Completely agree. It doesn't even feel like a trial at all. I've seen absolutely nothing yet that points to anyone at all specifically causing this death. Just proof that he's in fact dead, it snowed at some point, no one saw it happen, people were drinking, and witnesses at the scene can't agree on what they heard. That's it. Why is this even a trial when there's no real evidence?

This case is a dumpster fire here in MA. The Commonwealth is in cahoots with the two police families in question. We are in week 3, and there has been zero evidence pointing to Karen Read. But, we have seen a whole lot of inconsistencies, I can't remembers, I don't recall statements by THE sketchiest family members ever, combined with a corrupted State Trooper. Evidence was recovered in red solo cups and put in a Stop and Shop grocery bag. Officer John O'Keefe deserves better and deserves justice. FREE KAREN READ!!!!

Agree, but as we saw in photos and leaf blower video there was not excessive blood on the snow or under him (not that I saw anyway), which is another point for defense's claim it happened elsewhere. I really want to see a map to see how many would have gone that way. Lally should have shown one. I wish we had snow now to put a large object out front of my house and see how blob like and noticeable it would be and how many inches before it's really covered.

This case is insane. The Albert family are lying. It has come up that John was attacked inside this house, he was beaten up, probably fell and his hit head on the basement floor. The Alsatian but his arm and then they carried John out and put him at the side of the road. “ Upgrading their phones” really. They wanted to have their data deleted from their phones. The house wasn’t searched? The one shoe belonging to John was never found? Then the tiles in the basement were taken up and replaced _ I guess to get rid of all the b,old from his head wound. Then the house being sold and the dog disappearing? wtf. Police cover up. People who are hit by a vehicle always have I Injuries to the lower part of their bodies or hips. I have picked up many pedestrians who have been hit by a vehicle. John only had injuries to his face, head and arm. IF she had hit him with her vehicle, her right back light was allegedly broken then he would have been thrown into the road, not to the opposite side.

The Defense point is that Caitlin had planned to spend the night. But once the murder took place the cover up had to be put in place. And then Caitlin needed to go home prior to discovery. Parents tried to say she left at 12:15 but the 2am time came out.....the two young girls could not go with the brother of one because the cover up had to be planned. Then Jenn took them home. There was a leak of info and it may have been from one of the three other girls. The details were given to Defense.

This is such a cover up by law enforcement! But this is more common than you realize! The judge is in on it so I’m sure the jury is bought already

When I was in EMS we didn't run the siren in neighborhoods, especially at night or early morning out of courtesy.

The problem Peter is that John’s wounds don’t back up him falling. He has what appears to be dog bites that don’t match, and defensive wounds on the back of his hands.

Peter, snow does indeed absorb sound! I was born in Michigan but at 26 went to Chicago and there for 40 years. Same there with a lot of snow! I hear nothing inside my home when it's snowing and quite an accumulation!

WHAT A GREAT POINT!!! Bringing up all the times the trial had to stop bc of the sirens outside. Great observation! I hope they use that!

I’m behind and catching up on your live (also new here and love your videos)! Talking about Jackson saying “Of Course” … what about Lally asking over 75% of his questions with them containing “sort of”? As a juror (which I’m not) I would be thinking that Lally didn’t ask for any definitive answers, just “sort of” answers. 🤷‍♀️

Did you notice the Defence asked Caitlin Albert, did Chloe go home with you that night you were leaving the house? I thought this was strange and was waiting for more.. watching from Ireland 😅😅

Agreed. Waiting to see if more comes from that question. I think the defense might think someone took Chloe after the “attack”

If the dog wasn't there it would make sense why she wasn't barking that morning. I don't remember anyone saying they saw the dog that morning.
