By way of OC, Ive come to love and live in RV But where is this resort style living and cement jungle sir ? I see more oak trees, golf courses, parks and open spaces in RV than most areas in the Tri-county area. And power lines everywhere ?? No way dude. Yes we have our own electric power plant and there is Junction West and a spine of high voltage power lines that cross west to East but besides that, most all retail and housing tracts are fed with subterranean power. Come out and I’ll show you the real Roseville. East , West and South. Seems like we lost a North to the the Galleria and Tip Golf. Anymore north is Rocklin. Coffee on me !

Old/older Roseville. The neighborhoods near Rocky Ridge preferably the Maidu Park area and around Oakmont High School. Large single story homes many if not all have RV Access and 3 car garages. They don’t sit long on the market. I’ve lived here my entire life and that’s where I want my forever home to be if I stay. Honestly though I’m looking at acreage in Wilton haha

We are thinking about settling down there. My fiancé works in Chico which means she will have to drive back and forth 2 or 3 times a week. The important question for us is that can she actually do it. I am afraid it will be very difficult for her.

I would say test drive the days and times she will be working to get an accurate assessment.
