Have you ever visited Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay?

@@MrRoseville yes! We been looking at properties up there for a few months. My wife also has family in Rocklin so I always thought it was a hidden gem, especially compared to majority of CA. Its actually affordable with room to build. The real estate markets likely gonna go through a reset of sorts, however I don’t think it’s going to be anything to the degree that some people may think. Especially areas linked with good school districts. People are still going to buy homes for various reasons regardless. That area has alot of runway to go over time and people that plan to sit on the sidelines, meanwhile pay 3-3,500 a month to rent are going to be extremely disappointed.

You really know your stuff! We have a video coming out soon comparing Roseville to Rocklin. Though, I have a feeling it’ll be information you already know. Rocklin is a great place to live!
