@@muhammad11ali11 Yes, for a personal guided tour, it's all expensive, u r right. However, for a foreigner, it'll take lots of time of research n explorations, which equals cost, it's like a an effective short cut but it cost some money. I'm not sure how long they have spent in Georgetown n around Penang, but for few hundred ringgit, they can have breakfast, lunch n dinner from d street food in d city for at least few days. Anyway, I really do like their food exploration in this vlog. 😁

Maybe u can drop by to Alor Setar city in Kedah. Just near by. The oldest city in malaysia n one of the oldest in the world. They hv one of the oldest unbroken Kings line in the world besides Kelantan, Japan n Brunei.

I would suggest Genting Highlands, Ipoh (food is as good as Penang), Langkawi (Sky Bridge and the steepest cable car in the world) and if you like nature, Borneo. By the way, Langkawi is slightly north of Penang.

As a malaysian, I am spoilt for choice to name a favorite food. It depends time of day, mood and where you are. For example, if youre in Kajang, its satay. even if theres nasi lemak or rotu canai available.

People here been eating that for ages way before ww2. lol it just tapioca didn't get rationed during the war cause it's all around the jungle and backyard. japanese can't control that. plus, it's the best source of food besides rice. make you full easily and gives tons of energy

Mate, tapioca dont kill, it will give you tummy ache if you eat it raw like potato etc The one you eat was from tapioca flour made into ball :& cooked, when cooked it turn translucent

Well, for RM30 you only get street food, no history lessons for you.

Within that price, it includes an amazing tour guide and was shown parts of Georgetown we wouldn't have known to explore, and was taught all about the culture and history of Georgetown!

If it's cold, it doesn't called teh tarik anymore. only the hot bubbly one. I don't know why modern day restaurant named it like that. in original local store, there's no such thing as ice teh tarik. that just milk tea. everything about teh tarik is gone already once you put ice.

better you go street food compared to restaurant or dining restaurant. Street food taste even more original and delicious and cheap compared to the restaurant that serves u the same food which u can get too through street food
