Hi Stu and Deepika, that was really interesting interview. Deepika I also broke my left leg in a rock climbing accident in my 20s and have limited flexibility there. Thank U so much for sharing your personal story of recovery; it can't have been easy and I find you inspiring.

Yes I used to live in a place that has no footpaths. Only the road was paved. I had an old fallen arch injury that never ever bothered me when I lived there. I have had nothing but very painful problems with my foot since returning to the city with its hard surfaces. But I must say since returning to my ashtanga practice it does seem a little improved. I hope it continues to.
