Bulge to andr chla gya apne aap lekin ab merko.lower back pain hora h jo buttock tk jaate h.. to docotr n lower cross syndrome btaya h ki ab bulge d koi affect nai h sir please ek baar aap b mere case ko consider kriee and bataiee konsi exercise krni chahiye

Hello Dr. From Last 10 days I suffer from lower back and lower stomach pain. Catch due to lifting heavy article family Dr gave injection and pain relief tablet but no relief. Then visit to orthopaedic Dr. Gave Methocobal & Thicoflax tab and suggest use hot bag to get relief Then after 5 days go for xray it's also normal. Told bed rest no exercise i follow this But the pain is still as it is. Please suggest something.

Dr wasil ke watsup no per conselt ker lo sahi treatment maloom ho jayega hemne bhi apni mother ke siyatica pain ke liye conselt liya he ab unka pain pehle se kam ho gaya he hospital me to unko surgery ke liye bol diya tha

No don't do these stretching if u have posterior disc herniation.
