1: sago ≈300g
2: sugar ≈ 200 g
3: ginger ≈ 2 g
4: water ≈2400g (for cooking sago)
5: water ≈400g (for cooking coconut milk)
6:coconut milk ≈400g

I remember when my dad made this we just got those store brought coconut milk like those you get for partys and just add sago in it and my own was just straight up put sago in milk

Take a coconut, grete the coconut, put greted coconut in the mixture jar and water grind it and filter the milk, it's coconut milk.
