I tried this tonight! I was spoiled for many years by my Moms Mac & cheese I never really made it. She’s no longer with us so to honor her I decided to make my own using this recipe. I was a little skeptical about using 6 cheeses since I know My Mom only used 3 of the six but I used all six. I was presently surprised how well this turned out. I think I’ll add a bit more salt to the mix and I let it cook about 10 min longer than I should’ve. but that is it. This is a great Dish. The different flavors of cheeses really set it off. 👍🏽👍🏽

I like how this video is narrated without talking too much. Many of the other videos talk too much to gain some type of attention or boosting of ego. I don't want to use eggs in my mac and cheese but I like the idea of using many different cheeses to have a successful soul food mac and cheese dish for me and my son.
