I had non alcoholic fatty liver which was 850. I took milk thistle and dandelion root herbal meds. 2 per day no more and my liver count went back to normal which is 50 after one month. Pain and swelling of liver went too. It really works and I don't take natural herbs. Great stuff. I noticed a difference after one week

@@mjlives5428 I took 2 pills a day. The pills had milk thistle and dandelion combined in one pill. After 1 week the liver pain went which was from my liver being swollen. One month it took for my liver count to drop from 850 to a normal 50

@@mjlives5428 i never did anything else. The internal specialists did a phone conversation with me but he said to lose weight. I only weigh 129 pounds and I am 5 foot 4 inches tall. So I obviously didn't take his advice. Can't get skinner than that. The natural 2 in 1 combo did the repair

Thanks for clearing that up "silibin" I could not find that anywhere else on the internet. Costco sells a good brand "trunature" the highly absorbable form that was talked about I have hep-c and literally thought I was about to die I remembered I bought a bottle so I took 2 capsules. Within an hour I was totally normal! Bottle says one per day but if you have serious liver issues you probably need 3x per day it has a short half life in your body.

@@alirajput6461is CD4 count are low that means he's got HIV... there is no way to reverse cirrhosis of the liver. But by taking milk thistle he will be able to maintain his liver longer. I thought they had a pill you can take for cirrhosis of the liver. I took 525mg. Of milk thistle a day for 6 months and it lowered my AST from 198 to 59 and my ALT from 143 to 55. I still have a little more ways to go to lower it down to the normal range.

I have been taking milk thistle for my liver which is messed up from metal toxicity from an orthopedic implant and I take it twice a day and my liver has gotten worse. I tried to look for the kind of Milk thistle you talk about and it is n Amazon. But I am allergic to every single one of them due to the metal toxicity. Just to simply it the more natural; something is the more its full of metal toxicity. We have metal in our soil. So I guess I have to take the regular milk thistle.

Tell that to the millions of people who've taken it for thousands of years for liver ailments. Personal testimony- my father was literally dying from decades of alcohol and pain pill abuse in 2013. The doctors told him there was nothing they could do except put him on the transplant list but he had to be clean for 6 months...but he wasn't going to last even 3 months as he lost near 30lbs in a month. He couldn't eat, sleep, smelled of ammonia, nails were starting to club and turn white, etc. He was just laying on the sofa dying. I started searching online for help and came across milk thistle, that it was prescribed for patients in Germany who had liver problems. I bought him NOW 300mg milk thistle off Amazon and he started taking it 2-3 times a day. Over the course of about a week his appetite came back and he was able to start eating and deficating. Ammonia smell went away...long story short, he's still alive today and made a near full recovery. He takes at least one milk thistle daily. If he goes for more than a few days without it he'll start to feel toxic as he says.
