The Citroën ZX had steering rear wheels. At slow speeds it would turn in the opposite direction to reduce the radius of rotation so you can maneuver better. At high speeds it turns like the front wheels to increase stability. Of course the rotation was small and the effect limited.

All the aircraft tow tractors, can be front steer, coordinated steer or crab steer. Crab steer makes both ends turn the same direction, literally going sideways. Coordinated steer means if the front turns right, the rear turns left, making for very tight turns. Monster trucks do the same thing.

One of the best cars when I was young had the steering wheel in the passenger side with a flipped rack so the steering was left for right right for left, drivers side had the foot pedals. Both drivers would be blind folded and the passenger in the back had to yell instructions to the drivers while trying to race a timed obstacle course, I could see these guys really enjoying that. I'd certainly love to watch them do it!

3rd generation Honda Prelude's 4 wheel steering is even more simple than adding a 2nd rack. Though the rear only gives you 15 degrees at max tilt. Still makes for and amazing driving experience that you'll never get out of any other car.
