Persimmon bark tea is a beautiful tea with a black tea color that is slightly sweet and easy to drink.
Dried persimmons can be used to make preserved sweets, ripe persimmons can be used to make jam and persimmon vinegar, and the skins can be used to make delicious tea.
This is my personal method of making persimmon peel tea, but I hope you find it helpful even if just a little bit.

はじめまして。いいですね。疑問なのですが、渋柿ではなく、あまがきをむいて、干すのですか、あまがきの、皮が宜しいのですか。

甘柿の木が沢山あるので、甘柿で干し柿を作って、その皮で柿皮茶を作っています
