The world absolutely needs to discover Malaysian food!

@@glebekitchen I had the privilege to have two outstanding chefs do the cooking on a camp I was managing in Sulawesi. They taught me sensational classics Like Ayam Bumbu Bali and Taliwang and the stunning Gado Gado salad. There are also regional differences for Beef and Lamb Randang, some being "wet" in a sauce and others being dried in the Bumbu....The whole region is untapped by the outside world, not even mentioning the influence the Keralan migrants brought to the Malay Peninsula's cuisine. I had several very exciting years working out there and I thought I knew a lot about the food, then another beauty comes along and blows my mind!
