Here I am at the grocery store getting ready to buy some cheat foods and this video is uploaded. Gave me the strength to carry on a bit longer. I'm definitely improving on the 🍌 diet it's just hard for me cause I hate bananas. 😭

High Carb Health its good to see that some people are genuinely feeling better after following your protocol but there are many who are still suffering even after following your protocol I have even talked to them.. I just want to say target those people also who are not getting better even after following an elimination diet or plant based diet. Combine all the ways available in the whole world to deal with Ulcerative colitis and chrons.. Just to give you a hint I have many friends from India who healed from alternative method of medicine such as "AYURVEDA" "HOMEOPATHY" and many ways.. Help people..and please don't be judgemental regarding other methods of healing such as FMT don't think only your protocol will help people not other protocols..

Hello high carb health :) I have a question, what do you think about eating walnuts while we are in the healing phase or later. I read a scientific paper (on rats) that they have a positive effect on the bowel affected by colitis. Also a question for legumes (beans, legumes ...) do you eat them now that you have recovered from ulcerative colitis? The last question I would like you to answer me is natural kefir and do you think it is good. Thanks in advance 🙏🏼

Beets and bitter greens like chard and spinach hurt my kidneys and joints. I am sensitive to oxylates.

Do you think eating too much fruits is bad for the long term health? I eat 2 smoothies a day (8 bananas, 7 dates and 125g of blueberries in total per day) and I read on internet that eating too much fruits can cause non-alcoholic fatty liver disease due to the high amount of fructose. I think that why Dr Mc Dougall recommend 2 to 4 fruits a day. Is this true?

Such an inspiration man. I've also been eating lots of bananas and seeing such a massive improvement in my bowel movements. I thought the sugar was bad but I read the science and researched a lot and found that fat was the issue not the natural sugar from fruits. And I am seeing the results. I used to think that Vegan diets were deficient but after seeing your video it has really changed my viewpoint and also after seeing The Game Changers! Thanks for sharing your story!

I've been in a constant emotional battle with my self via this healing phase because I've been so desperate to get back into running, dancing, and bodybuilding. Basically, I just want my life back and feared that I may be missing out on that chance as time went on. But seeing videos like this reminds me to just be patient and that I'll most likely be better than ever when things are fully fixed! Signs of which I'm seeing as my vision went from -4.25 at it's worse to being near perfect in the daytime and -1.50 or -2.50 when I'm indoors or out at night. Something I never thought would happen with this change.
