In 2014 a man would go on a crime spree around Denver. The entire 90-minute rampage was caught on film thanks to news helicopters following the insane police chase. When the perp was finally arrested, footage of the chase was uploaded to KZfaq, shocking millions. What this criminal was able to pull off seemed so improbable, so ridiculous that many began making the claim that his criminal outing was the ultimate example of Grand Theft Auto in real life. This is that story, the tale of Ryan Stone the infamous carjacker that for a day became a real-life GTA character.

I tried to get one of my channels monetized.

Remember, if he did get a lighter sentence for his crimes, he wouldn’t clean up his act, he showed no remorse and took pride in what he had done. Most likely if he got a lighter sentence he would have ended right back behind bars after seeking to top his 90 minute rampage with another rampage.

@@bleedee4003 No, the worst way to ruin video games was when Italian politicians managed to get Rule of Rose for the PS2 pulled from the shelves Europe-wide by claiming it contained child porn and sexualized violence against children. Of course they had never played the game or seen any video footage of the game and these allegations were not based in reality at all. The claims of (Elvis/Rock music, Comics, TV, Video games...) causes violence is as old as the generation conflict.
